  15. Is Foie easy to source in Singapore? I didn't cook for Vday this year because I had to work, your menu is very impressive indeed.

    1. Hi Kelly! Yes, we can get restaurant grade foie gras easily at gourmet supermarket or butchery. But of course they are expensive - about S$90 - S$100 for one liver. Not your everyday food...
