Central Vietnam Trip Part I - Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa

During the June school holiday, we organized a trip to Central Vietnam (Danang, Hoi An and Hue) for the kids. The group consisted of 3 families of 8 adults and 7 children and it had been quite a while since we last travelled in such big group.

Our first stop was Hoi An and we spent 3 nights at the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel was under major renovation during this period.  Room standard was decent and the plus point was the close proximity to the beach and a good-size swimming pool.

The resort replicates a traditional fishing village with small streets, water ponds and village houses

The resort provides quite a good buffet spread for the daily breakfast. I especially liked the fresh mangoes and other tropical fruits and the traditional Vietnamese beef noodle.
